As a non-specialised wholesaler we also supply stationery, disposable tableware, work gloves and warehouse consumables, so one delivery covers most of what a warehouse uses.

Privacy Policy

PACKING LLC ("Packing", "we") sells packaging and chemical products wholesale, in retail, online and outside stores. This policy explains what personal data we process for each type of customer and why, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" for distance sales, and the GDPR where applicable.

2. Online and retail customers
For orders we collect your name, phone, email if given, delivery city and branch or address, and the items ordered. The order you assemble on this website stays in your browser until you send the form. Payment by card is handled by a licensed payment provider; cash on delivery is collected by the carrier. Distance purchases can be returned within 14 days, except chemical products whose packaging has been opened, for safety reasons.
3. Wholesale customers
We process company details and the business contact data of representatives, order history, delivery points and payment terms. For deferred payment, we may check publicly available information about the company.
4. Buyers of industrial chemicals
Because certain chemical products may only be sold to businesses, we record the buyer company and the name of the person receiving the goods, and keep the delivery documents together with the safety data sheets supplied.
5. Custom packaging
If you order printed boxes or tape, we process the logo and design files you provide only to produce your order and do not use them for any other purpose.
6. Purposes and grounds
- Processing, delivering and invoicing orders (contract).
- Handling returns and complaints (legal obligation).
- Complying with chemical safety, tax and accounting rules (legal obligation).
- Sending price lists and offers to wholesale clients who agree to receive them (consent).
7. Recipients
Courier and postal services (name, phone, delivery point), payment providers, the printing partner for custom packaging (design files only), tax authorities and our accountant. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Orders and fiscal records: as required by tax legislation.
- Chemical delivery documents: 5 years.
- Custom design files: 12 months after the last order, for repeat orders, or earlier on request.
- Unconfirmed orders and enquiries: 6 months.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
10. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The box finder and order total are calculated in your browser.
